Job Description

  • Immediate Openings For IT SERVICE DESK ENGINEER FOR BANGALORE location
  • If selected you will be working as a permanent employee for Trigent Software Ltd and deployed to our client location
  • CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR INTERVIEW ON 21ST JUNE 2017

Desired Profile

  • Any Diploma or Graduation.
  • Relevant Work Experience for 1 year with Excellent communication skill (Berlitz score B2 and above).
  • Experience in an International call center preferred.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft and/or Mac, including Microsoft Office.
  • PC Maintenance, repair, and customer facing experience
  • Advanced manual malware removal skills
  • Networking proficiency – Including gaming, home theater systems, and mobile phones
  • Ability to diagnosis and repair basic issues in the Windows and/or Mac OS environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Cross training support may include other product categories; HT, DI, MP3, Mobile and Gaming
  • Ability to work in a multitasked environment to assist customers in a phone based environment and maneuver through different systems while speaking with the customers
  • Ability to diagnosis issues in the Microsoft and/or Mac OS environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where living through challenge and change is a daily requirement
