Job Description

    • 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or in person
    • 2. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues as and when reported
    • 3. Perform remote troubleshooting
    • 4. Research problems assigned using available information resources
    • 5. Advise user on appropriate action or walk them through the problem solving process
    • 6. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
               7. Follow standard help desk procedures and record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
