Job Description

This is a strategic role inside the customer relationship management function of the Lodha Group. The incumbent will play an important part in the revenue function in the Customer Care team, and will be part of the team that is responsible for processes and systems that handle yearly collectibles of over 9000 Cr. The opportunity space is large and diverse, as well as attractive & challenging. This role will require strong strategic skills, as it will lead the thinking on overall strategy, consumer initiatives, financial planning, and management of collectibles across the various geographies & categories.
