- Develop and implement an internal communications plan and lead the team to drive awareness of the organizations strategy, objectives and improving staff engagement through better communications, both in India and in the USA.
- B2B internal communications experience with evidence of achievements in developing and implementing employer brand strategies.
- Ideate, conceptualize, plan and manage all internal (current) employee, recruitment (prospective) employees, and corporate branding and communications for all locations.
