1. Achieving Quarterly and yearly target as per business and organization’s goals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning to achieve the targets.
2. Understand client’s org set up, LOB, Present and future IT requirements, purchase process, payment process, functions of key personnel, IT set up and possible Competition at account.
3. Adding new logos
4. Increase wallet share within existing accounts/clients maximizing of service mix with new accounts
5. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship by leveraging networks
6. Develops relationships with HCL Partners so as to increase the Partner Business of HCL
1. Strong Exposure into services offerings, sales & IT market & proven track record.
2. Experience in selling IT Infrastructure services, IMS, Managed services, System integration services like storage, server, cloud, networking etc.
