Job Description

  • Sales Compensation Plan Design & Execution
  • Planning/Target Setting:Active participant working collaboratively with Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting (SPAR) team on transforming Business Unit (BU) revenue/sales plan target into sales plan goals by territory and individual.
  • Plan Components:Provide analytical support to determine key performance measures and plan design; have a deep understanding of how sales works and how incentive & compensation drives behaviors.
  • Modeling Tools:Design the commission models: commission calculators, tools and identify source systems to be used.
  • Special Incentive Plan (SPIF) Design & Execution
  • Compensation Calculation & Analysis
  • Advocacy & Field Support
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Talent Development & Management
  • Work with management to ensure clear role definitions, processes, ownership and expectations for team
