- Sales Compensation Plan Design & Execution
- Planning/Target Setting:Active participant working collaboratively with Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting (SPAR) team on transforming Business Unit (BU) revenue/sales plan target into sales plan goals by territory and individual.
- Plan Components:Provide analytical support to determine key performance measures and plan design; have a deep understanding of how sales works and how incentive & compensation drives behaviors.
- Modeling Tools:Design the commission models: commission calculators, tools and identify source systems to be used.
- Special Incentive Plan (SPIF) Design & Execution
- Compensation Calculation & Analysis
- Advocacy & Field Support
- Reporting & Analysis

- Work with management to ensure clear role definitions, processes, ownership and expectations for team
