- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.Customer orientation and ability to adopt /respond to different types of customers.Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours and in rotational shifts.
- Any Degree / Diploma with Good communication skills (Tamil and English).
