Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Desired Profile

  • Strong phone contact handling skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and listening skills.Customer orientation and ability to adopt /respond to different types of customers.Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours and in rotational shifts.
  • Any Degree / Diploma with Good communication skills (Tamil and English).
